Shane Woodman - Owner, Managing Director

Shane has spent his working life in the company and has a comprehensive understanding of  the industry with over 20 years of experience.  Shane is a registered building practitioner and a current Member the Master Builders Association Australia. His experience encompasses project management, business analysis, logistic and supply chain management and provide an excellent basis on which to operate the company.

The company was previously operated by Shane's father, Glen Woodman. Under his direction the company successfully grew into national business providing clients with complete end-to-end signage solutions and continues to operate on this basis.

The company now operates manufacturing facilities in both Melbourne and Sydney, and continues its commitment to ensuring that projects are consistently completed on time and on budget.


Project Managers

Landells' project managers liaise with customers and site supervisors to ensure that the delivery of client projects meets or exceeds expectations.

Activities included in their daily and weekly routine includes:
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Assisting with tenders
  • Project co-ordination
  • Following construction schedules
  • Providing job status reports that address schedules, quality, variations, OH&S and other key performance indicators

Site Supervisors & Trades People

Site supervisors and trades people are qualified members of industry trade bodies and associations.

Their experience includes procurement, scheduling, logistics and sub-trade management.

Extensive knowledge of on-site supervision helps them to manage the daily operation of each project.
